Senior Digital Production Specialist


About the Job
Planning, producing, and coordinating high-quality audiovisual content and digital media initiatives in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and communication goals. This includes overseeing content creation from concept to final output, managing in-house and external productions, implementing engaging digital strategies, and ensuring multimedia deliverables that enhance the organization’s identity and cultural presence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of strategic audiovisual content initiatives, aligning with the institution’s identity and communication objectives.
Develop and manage digital content strategies to maximize audience engagement, reach, and impact.
Drive the creation of high-quality audiovisual content, including photography, video, live streaming, and motion graphics.
Produce promotional and marketing videos, transforming ideas into compelling visual stories.
Coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, external experts, and agencies to ensure seamless production and delivery.
Oversee the use and maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficiency and quality.
Track and evaluate content performance, analyze results, and implement continuous improvements to maximize digital impact.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Production, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
5 years of proven experience in digital communications and marketing, with hands-on expertise in audiovisual production, including video shooting, editing, photography, motion graphics, and design.
Experience managing digital platforms, monitoring performance, analyzing results, and implementing improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D design & animation software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Skilled in content development, writing, and producing engaging audiovisual materials.
Strong strategic planning and digital project management skills.
Analytical skills to evaluate performance and measure digital content impact.
Ability to transform ideas and concepts into compelling visual stories.
Excellent teamwork and coordination skills, including collaboration with internal teams and external experts or agencies.
