Scientific Research & Innovation Assistant Specialist


About the Job
Supporting the implementation of scientific research and Innovation, and cultural grants programs in alignment with the Foundation's objectives. This includes assisting in program follow-up, conducting research on program development and best practices, organizing trainings and workshops, facilitating community-related activities, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation and impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in tracking work plans for the two programs: scientific research and innovation, and cultural grant programs, coordinating related activities and logistics.
Support the organization and coordination of trainings and workshops.
Update the data management system (CRM or similar platforms) to ensure accurate records.
Contribute to research on program development, including identifying best practices and analyzing similar organizations.
Assist in preparing grant proposals and supporting documentation for research and innovation initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support various projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience working on similar initiatives or programs is a plus.
